One of the really great things about this industry is meeting other people who have turned their passion into their career. Although we haven’t met in person, Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Mary Fish and I have exchanged several emails. Mary uses our Stamp Pockets to organize embellishments and dies. When I asked if I could include Mary in this post, she said, “Sure, but the idea for using the pockets for dies, wasn’t mine, it was shared with me by a friend and fellow demonstrator, The Paper Pixie, Julie DiMatteo.
I want to give Kudos to Mary for her integrity and genuine desire to be sure that credit was given where it was due.
Mary started using the pockets for dies and then discovered that they were perfect for embellishments too.
Meet the demonstrators:
Mary lives in sunny Arizona. She’s been a SU demonstrator since 2007. Like so many of us, she became addicted to paper crafting after just one Stampin’ Up! class. Learn more about Mary…
Mary uses our Stamp Pockets for organizing embellishments and dies. She describes herself as “OCD on steroids, and proud of it.”
She was kind enough to share this picture with me – as all of you can imagine, this kind of organization and labeling makes my heart sing.
Julie was genetically programmed to be crafty and creative. Her mother, Pixie, the namesake of her business, created all kinds of wonderful things. Learn more about Julie…
Julie adds a magnetic card to her Stamp Pockets and uses them to organize and store her dies. It’s the perfect little filing system.
Another lover of the label maker, her dies are visible and accessible – two things I love.
Thanks so much for stopping by today to learn a little about how other crafters are using our organization products. If you stop by and visit Mary at Stampin’ Pretty, or Julie at The Paper Pixie, please let them know I said Hi!
