Day 17: Label Cords, Cables, and Chargers – Make A Home For Them
Use file folder labels and/or a permanent marker to label your cords, cables and chargers.
I use a silver Sharpie and write directly onto the large black boxes that are normally part of a cable or charger.
Cords are easily labeled by just folding a basic file folder label around the cord.
Be consistent in the placement of these labels, I like to put them at the very end, nearest to where they will plug into the wall/box.
I combined the drawers from a 6 Drawer Storage & Supply Case and a 2 Drawer Storage & Supply Case to create the perfect storage for cords and cables. I stored this organized case on the bookshelf in our TV room. (See what I did with the remaining drawers tomorrow.)
